All Rachel Balfour jewellery is handmade to order in our London studio and Hallmarked at the Assay Office in London. Rachel Balfour Jewellery is currently based at The Goldsmiths Centre and we use the top stone setters and engravers at the Goldsmiths Centre in London and in the buzzing hub of Hatton Garden. This bespoke service can take up to four weeks to complete. So please allow this time for your finished piece to be delivered.
However, we do try to have one piece of every design in stock and if this is the case we will aim to dispatch within 1-2 working days.
We use Royal Mail International Signed For for international orders and Royal Mail Special Delivery for UK orders.
All delivery is secure, signed for and insured.
UK delivery is £6.95
International delivery is £8.00
For deliveries to the rest of the world Rachel Balfour Jewellery uses a secure, insured service that endeavours to reach its destination within 5-7 working days from ship date. Any customs charges are the sole responsibility of the customer. A tracking number will be supplied via email when your order has been dispatched.
