A solid 9 or 18 carat gold universe disc charm set with 33 diamonds on a fine 18-20 inch variable chain.
The disc is 1.5cm across and 2mm deep.
This piece is made from solid gold and has been certified in accordance with the Hallmarking Act 1973.
